SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes administering moradole and clopheline both prior and during operation, additionally administering contricole during operation and adding acelisine, water soluble acetylsalicylate, to these medicinal preparations in post-operative period. EFFECT: disclosed new method allows completely ruling out morphine-like analgetics from major surgery, increasing effectiveness of treatment and general anesthesia safety and high-quality antistress protection of organism with fully excluding traditional opiates and using lower doses of moradole (synthetic analgetic) to prevent substantial side-effects. 3 tbl
