FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying suggested anesthesiological product in oncological patients with decreased functional reserves. Before operation, one should sample patient's blood at the volume of 250-300 ml into special sac for blood sampling with anticoagulant, then it should be centrifuged to sample plasma and dilute preparations in it at the following dosages: thiopental-sodium 2-3 mg/kg, phenthanyl 0.003 mg/kg introduced by drops constantly during the whole period of operation conducted. The present innovation enables to decrease toxic action of preparations applied for anesthesia during operative treatment in oncological patients. EFFECT: higher efficiency of combined general anesthesia. 1 ex, 1 tbl
