FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting a patient to hypoxia test several days before operation. The patient is prepared for operation by means of premedication. After tumor being removed and intra-operation irradiation target being prepared, the patient is treated with gas mixture having 10% oxygen and target organ is exposed to radiation under hypoxia condition with single radiation dose of 25 Gr during operation. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; increased radiation dose without adverse side effects; accelerated treatment course.
