FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: one of coupled wires is stationary clamped by a terminal with fastening bolts, and the second one - by quick-removable grippers which have a stationary contact fastened to a stationary terminal and embracing the wire around the semicircumference, and a movable contact embracing the wire around another semicircumference. The stationary contact is passed through a rectangular holes of the movable contact. Both contacts of an operative terminal engage with a coupling bolt. A double-gripper provides a reliable contact at minimum transient resistance. The current passes not only through the stationary terminal and contacts-grippers but also through the base of the coupling bolt. EFFECT: improved thermal stability. 2 dwg
