FIELD: electrified city transport. SUBSTANCE: device has clamp with shoe and clamping cover, suspension unit with carrying member and grip. According to first design version, clamp is made of insulating plastic, and shoe is provided with eye for fixing carrying member of suspension unit by pin whose longitudinal axis is square to longitudinal axis of clamp when suspension unit is installed in clamp. According to second design version, shoe is made in form of elongated clamping head to which bracket with eye for fixing suspension unit carrying member is moulded on with displacement relative to center of head. According to third design version, carrying member is made in form of two droppers connected by yoke- shaped crosses into parallelogram, with suspension member located on one of crosses. Shoe has eye for fixing suspension unit carrying member. Other cross is provided with eye for fixing grip. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 24 cl, 37 dwg
