FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: foundation includes an upper and a bottom slabs, a shock absorber, stop members and packings. The bottom surface of upper slab is provided with ribs, and the bottom slab has a flat upper surface. The slabs are positioned in spaced relation to each other. The space between the slabs is filled with liquid, connected with the atmosphere by one or several vertical pipes, and closed by the packing. The packing is provided with a cavity made along its length. The packing cavity is connected by its one end to the space and by another end, via a gate device, to the atmosphere. The stop members are removable; they ar mounted along the bottom slab perimeter. The shock absorber is disposed between the stop members ant the upper slab.
