FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: rocking wall panels are made of the ground floor height and have key-type cut-outs with which panels are mounted on each other in two interperpendicular directions and connected to each other by centering washers with anchors. Upper wall panels are mounted in pits of plate of floor and lower wall panels are mounted in pits of panel of foundation. In clearances between the wall panels and plates of floor and foundation one part of dampers and actuated connections are located. The other part of dampers is located in clearances of key-type connections of the wall panels. EFFECT: rocking panels are used in construction of earthquakeproof multistory building. 2 dwg
