Resilient two-arm levers 6 with shoes 7 on one ends and with rolls 8 on other ones are attached to links of chains 3 by means of horizontal cylindrical hinges 5, with rolls cooperating with horizontal guides 9, located in power part of body 1 above lower branch of each chain 3. In motion, with levers 6 in lower position, rolls rest on guides 9 and, with levers in upper position, rolls are released and levers 6 go down, lying on chain 3.
