FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: shut-sealing device has a rectangular body with two parallel canals to locate branches of a bow, one of which has a pattern groove; a mounted in the body spring-loaded fixer to be engaged with the groove. Device has a shell with diametrically located grooves; windows for the bow passing out during the device opening and key grooves in the canal of another branch of the bow; a bush, the tail-end of which has a hollow central groove, and that is mounted in the shell cavity and is capable to move vertically and be fixed in the grooves; a changeable plate, located in diametrically positioned grooves of the shell and in the hollow groove of the bush; a protecting staple, mounted on the branch of the bow, that has a pattern groove.
