FIELD: transportation engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has lockable flexible member made in form of cross-piece 1 with locking members 2 and 3 at its ends. Locking member 2 is bushing 4 with recess 5 of irregular form and hole 6. Locking member 3 is casing with cylindric recess and projection 9 having the form of mushroom locatable in recess 5 in bending cross-piece 1 when sealing. Single-side projections 12 of ribbon 11 to be sealed are set between grooves 13 of the cross-piece. Hole 6 and projection 9 having been superposed, projection mushroom head 10 is divided in two parts by sealing vice. EFFECT: higher level of cargo security. 8 dwg
