FIELD: railway transport; sealing facilities which prevent opening of rail car doors and hatches without leaving visible traces of intrusion. SUBSTANCE: seal has flat body with inner space and through end face slots for flexible tape. Clamping member is rigidly secured on one end of flexible tape, and arrow-type projection is made on other end. Inner space has two tapering side portions in entry part. Locking member is provided with two shaped behind which a hole with V-shaped bridges is made. Catching portions of pins are installed for expansion in inner space and compression in side tapering portions at engagement with arrow-type projection, and for locking of arrow-type projection by shaped pins driven into side recesses.
