FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: input and output shafts of the transmission are axially alined. A stopping mechanism of a three-link mechanism is provided with rings which can move by corona pinion of the three-link mechanism. The teeth and conical surfaces are used for engaging with conical surfaces of toothed ends one of which is secured to the case from the side of the input shaft and other is set on the carrier. A sun pinion is positioned near a plate of the case from the side of the input shaft. When driving shaft rotates the member is displaced. When the member moves to the gear wheel the conical surface of the ring engage with conical surface of the wheel. As the wheel is fixed the member rotates by an angle with respect to the ring. In so doing the surfaces of the chamferings engage with each other and provide arresting of the member when it moves to the wheel. Friction between the conical surfaces provides acceleration of the wheel. When speed of rotation of the input shaft and wheel become equal under the action of force applied to the movable member the member and ring begin rotate over the surfaces of the chamferings and teeth and hollows of the movable member and ring begin to coincide. The movable member can further move to the wheel and the flexible pusher unclamps when conical surfaces of the member and pusher are mutually displaced. This allows to shift the movable member to extreme position and provide engaging inner slots with slots of the output shaft and to provide transmitting of torque from the driving shaft to driven shaft of the transmission.
