FIELD: sublimating draying of materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vacuum chamber coupled with a vacuum pumping out system and freeze unit, drop sprayer made of a porous material, which is coupled with a tank for supplying and storing of liquid through pipe lines and in contact with a vibrator, and heater with finned surface of heating and temperature-sensitive element. The porous member of the sprayer abuts tightly against the finned heating surface by its one side to form passages hydraulically coupled with the tank for storing and supplying of working fluid through a pipe line and the temperature-sensitive element of the heater by its other side which faces the vacuum chamber. The sprayer is mounted within the vacuum chamber in spring ties, e.g. made of a bellows. The pipe line is provided with a unit for damping vibrations which is mounted for moving in the direction of vibration of the vibrator. The case of the vacuum chamber is provided with bearing members mounted with a spaced relation with respect to the case of the sprayer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 cl, 1 dwg
