FIELD: food and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: stream of solution drops is fed in sublimation chamber under pressure, that is lower, than pressure in triple point of solution. Feeding solution is pumped through capillary-porous member, along thickness of which (along direction of solution feeding) range of temperatures is created and maintained during whole process of granulation due to evaporation of solution from one (vacuum evaporated) surface of member and power feeding from its other surface. In the case, on surface, through which solution is being fed in evacuated space, equalled to solution freezing point temperature is kept. Preliminary for different solutions, that differ by viscosity factors and surface tension, choose capillary-porous member of definite thickness with porosity of 30 -60 % and average diameter of pores of 20 -180 microns and having given productivity (solution pumping speed) they adjust power of electrical energy feeding (heating) so, that member surface temperature, to which solution is fed, not exceed optimal temperature of member storing.
