FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical and chemical industry and can be used for making various granular and powdered temperature sensitive medicines and chemical products. There is disclosed method of granular and powdered temperature sensitive medicine recovery from fluid medium including dosed drop-by-drop application of source fluid material on a rotating barrel cooled to negative temperature while maintaining freezing at least 150C°/min to prepare frozen granules of diametre 2.5-5 mm on a barrel surface. These granules are removed, collected and lyophilised under IR light affecting the space-mobile vibrated granule layer of thickness not more than maximum diametre of a single granule. There is also disclosed a lyophilisation plant for temperature sensitive medicines, comprising a source fluid tank, freezing granulator comprising a drum freeze equipped with frozen granule removers, and a metering dip sprayer. Also the plant includes a frozen granule collector, a horizontal sublimator with a cylindrical enclosure and shelves with an infrared heater and a shaking conveyor above the shelves, a cooling system, a vacuum-pumping system, a condensation system, a storage hopper for lyophilised product, pumps, a pipe installation, and shutoff equipment.

EFFECT: method and installation ensures making high-quality granulated temperature sensitive medicines lyophilised to normalised residual moisture while observing processing sterility, and are characterised by design simplicity and high efficiency.
