FIELD: measuring devices. SUBSTANCE: reference signal for compensation circuit of analog-to-digital converter is generated from signals of measuring transducer in order to accomplish the goal of invention. Device has measuring transducer, control unit, electronic commutators of measuring signals, analog-to-digital converter, generator of quadrature signal, phase shifter with two inputs, which are connected to outputs of electronic commutators, and parallel adder which inputs are connected to outputs of phase shifter and first electronic commutator and which output is connected to reference signal input of analog-to-digital converter. Analog-to-digital converter has circuit for output code conversion which is controlled by additional output of control unit. Device for signal interpolation has opened measuring control loop using analog-to-digital converter for two signals which are generated from corresponding signals of measuring transducer. This results in high-speed conversion. This also results in the fact that output signals is almost independent o frequency and amplitude of signals of measuring transducer. EFFECT: increased precision of interpolation, increased dynamic range of frequencies. 4 dwg
