FIELD: automatic control. SUBSTANCE: device has gauge 1, temperature setter 2, comparison unit 3, which has first scaling amplifier 4 with negative feedback resistor 5, final- control unit 6, which effects controlled object 7, pulse-width modulation unit 8, which has operational amplifier 9 with positive feedback resistive circuit 11 and negative feedback circuit with RC-filter 12, potentiometer 13 and rectifying diode 14. Unit 15 implementing negative feedback to voltage of power supply is introduced. It has second scaling amplifier 16 which direct input is connected to output of pulse-width modulation unit and which sign- inverting input is connected to power supply voltage gauge and which output is connected to anode of rectifying diode. In addition device has capacitor 19 which is connected in parallel to resistor of negative feedback in comparison circuit and which determines device regulation frequency.
