FIELD: aerial equipment. SUBSTANCE: reflector-type aerial has conical reflector and excitation source which is manufactured in the form of linear equidistant array fed sequentially from radiation elements installed on axis of reflector and excited from side of vertex of reflector forming phased distribution of field in its aperture. Phase shifters each of them being placed in series between elements of excitation source provide for definite shift between currents in these elements and are inserted into aerial to obtain capability for varying of angle at vertex of conical reflector. Excitation source forms conical wave in nearest zone which propagates towards reflector, reflecting from it transforms into flat wave going to aperture of reflector. Description gives calculation relations and conditions determining value of phase delay and of angle at vertex of reflector. Aerial has additional degree of freedom for optimization of its electrical and mass size characteristics. EFFECT: increased operational capabilities. 1 dwg
