FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: peristaltic pump incorporates stator with movable working member and flexible pipe adjacent to inner surface of working member, and rotor driving shaft positioned inside stator and having rollers mounted on axles for contacting flexible pipe. Movable working member is enabled to move reciprocally in direction which is at right angles relative to rotor axis of rotation and pivotally attached to one end of connecting rod whose other end is pivotally connected to locking crankshaft which is mounted on axle for revolution with respect to pump housing wall. Occlusion control mechanism is made in the form of adjustable eccentric stop disposed inside housing for contacting second end of connecting rod below straight line which links center of locking crankshaft axle to that of hinge joint between connecting rod and movable working member.
