FIELD: metal pressure forming. SUBSTANCE: plant has a frame, a system of deforming rollers with П-shaped inserts, in which T-shaped changeable forming tools are mounted. The changeable forming tools through their generatrices engage with a supporting plates, mounted with possibility of plane-parallel motion relative to a smooth roller bearing due to engagement of the last with an unloading plate. One of the rolls has a supporting mechanism joined with the П-shaped insert of one of the deforming rolls, whose guide engages with the T-shaped forming tool, having two working surfaces. One of these surfaces is restricted by a radius R, the other surface is eccentrically spaced relative to the radius R₁ of the roll and it is variable along a length l of the T-shaped forming tool relative to rotation axis of the deforming rolls; it is connected by a prism with a rotation axle, mounted in a longitudinal groove of a flat lever and it is spring-loaded relative to it.
