Circular grooves with rolling solid of revolution located in them are made on the conjugated surfaces of flanges of the vertical electric motor of the hoisting drive and shell. The electric motor body is refrained from rotating with flexible plates fixed on the shell. The axles of the plates and the electric motor rotors are parallel.
