FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flexible plate with pin 21 and springs on it interacting with forked rest 18 of the reducer body of a travel mechanism is mounted on a beam of the device travelling bogie. The plate deformation is measured with sensors, for example resistor or inductive ones, their signal is evaluated by a microprocessor. The latter switches off the motor power supply in case the magnitude of signal exceeds the range of acceptable magnitudes and at the same time sends alarm signal, applies the brake and makes a record in the stationary computer memory. An additional sensor of the travelling bogie acceleration is mounted in order to enhance the accuracy of the travel mechanism controlling. EFFECT: simpler design. 1 cl, 3 dwg
