FIELD: hoist equipment. SUBSTANCE: crane has a running frame, a bearing-rotatable part with a cargo winch, a sectional tower, a sectional boom with a cargo truck and a winch. A mounting post is positioned on the cargo truck. The cargo truck is mounted on boom guides by rollers and is held from overturning by release rollers.
