SUBSTANCE: composition has, mas. p.: simple polyether 100, imide-containing prepolymer on the basis of tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and a mixture of polyphenylenepolymethylenepolyisocyanates with vat residue of toluylenediisocyanate distillation at mass ratio (1-9):1, respectively, as an isocyanate component 140-208; organotin compound 0.5-1.0; emulsifier 4, and frothing agent 2-4. Simple polyether, organotin compound, frothing agent and emulsifier are stirred, and then at stirring imide-containing prepolymer is added. Mass loss at 200 C of prepared foam plastic is 3.0-10.2%.
