FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: hydrocarbon raw materials (most portion of them has boiling point not lower 330 C) is brought into contact with zeolite having pores 0.3-0.7 nm in diameter. Contacting is carried out within 0.7-10 s (period in 0.7-6.0 s is preferable) at 500-700 C in moving layer of catalyst, mass ratio catalyst:raw materials being 34-124:1. Contacting takes place at pressure 1-10 atm, gas oil being used as mentioned above hydrocarbon raw materials. Mentioned above zeolite is crystal of metal silicate with structure of erionite, ferjerite or their mixture having hydrogen form. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 7 cl, 1 tbl
