FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: device includes vertical posts and main and additional forms panels installed in parallel on posts for vertical and horizontal displacement. Main forms panel has longitudinal slots for pins. The latter are interconnected by means of strip square to pins. Each vertical post is attached to vertical surface of erected structure by means of two bases connected to each other with the help of spherical bearing and two adjusting bolts.
