FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of constructing a building is characterized by the fact that first wooden lamellas are stacked in a mould and glued into sheets, then the frame of the building is erected, after which permanent formwork from sheets of lamellas is installed between the frame elements, the frame and the formwork space are reinforced, and then wood concrete, or aerated concrete, or foam concrete, or expanded clay concrete, or cement-sand mortar, or cement-lime mortar, or polystyrene concrete, or fibre-reinforced concrete, or alumina, or adobe, or straw, or basalt and mineral fillers, or eco-wool, or polyurethane foam, or polystyrene foam, or sawdust, or wood chips, or expanded clay, or mixtures thereof are poured into the formwork space. When erecting a building frame on a monolithic foundation slab along the perimeter of the external walls, a grillage box for indoor utilities is built with brickwork at the elevation of 300 mm, and, depending on the estimated thickness of the walls, the internal width of the box varies from 120 mm or more, with the grillage brickwork along the perimeter of the external walls built to the elevation of 300 mm, and the brickwork of the supporting pillars of the frame is built to the brick size of 250×250 mm without bonding the seams, parallel to the wall, and the seam at the junction of the brick is reinforced vertically to the elevation of the floor with 8 mm thick composite reinforcement with protrusion of 150 mm, while the support masonry is horizontally reinforced with a 50×50 sized polymer plastering mesh in two rows. A combined inclined roof with wood concrete follows the same principle as the walls: formwork on one side - the inside, roofing - on the outside, with roofing reinforcement made of wood concrete, creates a monolithic seismic structure of buildings and structures. Moreover, utilities are installed along the connecting links inside the grillage box: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, sewage, electrical, and installation is carried out simultaneously with installation of the box.
EFFECT: improved performance of the building.
