FIELD: well logging. SUBSTANCE: electrolytic transducer with two pairs of orthogonal electrodes are installed at definite angle along one of sensitivity axes. Transducer is heated (cooled) within operating temperature range. Measured simultaneously are signals of differentially connected orthogonal pairs of electrodes proportional to transmission factor and output signal proportional to electrical resistance of pair of orthogonal electrodes connected in parallel. Continuous dependence is established which is used for calculation of orthogonal components of well zenith angle in function of conversion. Output signal is used as proportional to only active or only reactive component of orthogonal pair of electrodes connected in parallel. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 7 dwg, 3 tbl
