SUBSTANCE: rollers 9 having different masses and made of a magnet-soft material are interposed between plates 7,8 made of a netted or perforated material and set in supplying branch pipe 3 provided within case 1 of the filter. Each winding of coil 12 mounted on case 1 of the filter is connected with tree-phase generator 13 trough corresponding power amplifier 14. The generator is connected with control generator 15 provided with control capacitor 16. Rollers 9, arranged over the whole height of the chamber, which is formed by walls of the case of the filter and plates 7,8, effectively transmit rotation to total mass of oil and press contaminating particles to overall surface of a carton insert.
