FIELD: application of coats. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with rollers made of magnetically soft material which are fitted on outer surface of reservoir and housing with electromagnets embracing the pipe; electromagnets are connected to AC source for creating the revolving electromagnetic field in the rollers. Rollers may be mounted on surface of reservoir with the aid of swivel levers for adjusting the position relative to inner walls of pipe. Under action of revolving magnetic field, rollers and reservoir are set in rotation, thus applying the material on the surface of pipe. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 3 dwg
