FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: balancer has at least two interconnected rotors 17, 18 mounted for rotation around two parallel axles 19, 20 spaced at a distance relative to each other, counterweights 21, 22 with their centers mounted eccentrically relative to the rotor axles for rotation together with rotors 17, 18. Rotary drive of rotors 17, 18 has a rotor synchronous unidirectional rotation mechanism, and the center of mass of the counterweights is in antiphase relative to each other by the angle of rotation of the rotors. The axles of rotors 17, 18 are located perpendicularly to the plane parallel to the axis of the machine crankshaft. The rotor drive has an angular transmission, each counterweight 21, 22 is mounted for radial movement relative to the rotor. The balancer has stators 28, 29 each of which is made with inner profile surface 30, 31 embracing the corresponding rotor and used for engagement with the corresponding counterweight.
