FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotor 17 coupled with crankshaft 8 of machine through a driving mechanism for rotating rotor with speed multiple to speed of rotation of the crankshaft, stator 22, movable counterbalance and mean for reciprocation of center of mass of the counterbalance along axis of the rotor when rotor 17 rotates with respect to stator 22. The rotor is provided with guides 24 made of open axial grooves. The stator is provided with a box guide made of open twisting groove 25 that passes around the axis of the rotor. The counterbalance is made of several balls 23 mounted partially within grooves of rotor 17 and partially in groove 25 of the stator. Axis of the rotor is parallel to direction of acting of inertia forces to be balancing. EFFECT: improved design. 17 cl, 6 dwg
