FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power units. Power unit contains a spring-loaded part with a single-cylinder internal combustion engine with a crank gear and a balancing device. Latter is made in the form of cheek counterweights installed on the crankshaft. Center of mass of sprung part of power unit is located in plane passing through axis of engine cylinder perpendicular to axis of crankshaft. Distance from the point of intersection of the engine cylinder axis and the crankshaft axis to the center of mass of the sprung part of the power unit is determined by the formula: C=MjΣ /[mRMM·r·ω2·(0.5·sin(α+φ)+λ·sinα·cos2 φ)], where MjΣ is overturning moment from action of inertial forces; mRMM is the mass of elements of the crank mechanism performing reciprocating motion; ω is crankshaft rotation frequency; r is crank radius; α is the angle characterizing the position of the center of mass of the sprung part of the power unit; φ is crankshaft crank turn angle; λ is the dimensionless kinematic parameter of the internal combustion engine.
EFFECT: reduced vibration of power unit.
