FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: waste- heat boiler has a gas duct shell through which axis a chimney stack is positioned. Shield heat-transfer surfaces are positioned in the clearance between the shell and the chimney stack. The shell in the zone of the heat-transfer surfaces is parted into two autonomous parallel gas ducts each of which has a gas flow gate-splitter. The shield heat-transfer surfaces are positioned in the gas ducts symmetrically relative to the plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the shell with an eccentricity relative to the longitudinal axis of the chimney stack and in contact with it. The rows of the shield heat-transfer surfaces are positioned at different height increasing from the gas duct shell to the chimney stack. EFFECT: improved repairability. 2 cl, 3 dwg
