FIELD: power engineering, engineering of utilization cauldrons for metallurgical furnaces for cooling down high-temperature dust-bearing gases with utilization of their heat for production of steam.
SUBSTANCE: device has radiation chamber with limiting heat-exchange surfaces and convective gas ducts, serially mounted and connected thereto, inside of which convective heating surfaces are positioned, separator drum with inlet and outlet pipelines. Each convective gas duct is made in form of separate mounting sections, while limiting surfaces of each sections are made in form of tubular membrane screens with lower and upper collectors, and convective heating surfaces are made in form of Coefficient-shaped walls, connected within one section to tubular membrane screen, forming additional unified construction for evaporating cooling, while collectors of adjacent sections are connected to each other by tubular elements and gas-dense inserts. For comfort of mounting and dismounting, convective gas duct sections may be mounted vertically one above another on individual supports with possible horizontal movement of them, and are also connected to each other. Such constructive realization of utilization cauldron provides for natural circulation of heat carrier in circulation contours of utilization cauldron, including separator drum with inlet and outlet pipelines, connected to collectors of mounting sections of convective gas ducts and to gas-dense tubular membrane screens of radiation chamber.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation of utilization cauldron with reduced operation costs, and also higher manufacturability of mounting, production and maintenance related processes.
