FIELD: thermal power engineering. SUBSTANCE: one of the main surfaces of an air heater is mounted in a boiler gas conduit in series to a water economizer. A preliminary air heating section is mounted in parallel to this air heater surface on 50% of the flow cross section area of the gas conduit. All sections of the air heater are interconnected by bypass boxes and additionally connected to feed air conduit by bypass air conduits. Throttle perforated sheets are mounted on bypass air conduits. Air distribution among the main air conduit and the branch pipes is determined by the drag of the throttle perforated sheets. EFFECT: improved structure. 2 cl, 1 dwg
