FIELD: thermal power stations. SUBSTANCE: boiler unit has pulverized-fuel concentrator 4 provided with transverse partition 5 that divides it into sections 6 and 7 intercommunicating through crossover pipe 8 mounting bladed reversing swirlers 9,19 functioning to reverse air-fuel mixture. Sense of rotation is controlled by tangential-section inlet pipe connections 11, 12 installed one on top of other, set unidirectionally, and separated by cross partition 5. Swirlers 9, 19 are installed upstream of combustible gas outlet to crossover pipe 8 and dump pipe 13 thereby eliminating coarse dust ingress in pipes 8 and 13; this is attained due to the fact that edges of blades 20 of swirlers 9 and 19 facing each other are unidirectional with flow and blades 20 proper are inclined in opposite directions. concentrated mixture pipe connection 15 is connected to additional burner 17 through intermediate semi-coke bin 21 whose breather pipe 23 is connected to pipe connection 10 of inlet pulverized-dust concentrator 4 incorporating starting injector 31 with electric igniter 32.
