FIELD: investigating kinetics of gas-phase reactions. SUBSTANCE: device has a liquid source, a capillary leak; a vacuum source and evaporation chamber in communication with each other; a first end of the capillary leak being introduced into the vacuum source and the other one being introduced into the cavity of the evaporation chamber; flow rate regulator. The capillary leak is made of dielectric material. The flow rate regulator is mounted within the evaporation chamber and is composed of a pair of electrodes one of which is planar and concentrical to the output end of capillary leak on the side of the evaporation chamber and the other is made in the form of a needle mounted along the evaporation chamber axis opposite to the outlet opening of capillary leak and coupling the evaporation chamber with the vacuum source. The two electrodes are connected to a controllable voltage source. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 3 cl, 2 dwg
