FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device to take samples in vaporous state has capillary leak made of dielectric material coupled with one end to source of liquid and with the other one-to evaporation chamber, flow governor installed inside evaporation chamber manufactured in the form of pair of electrodes. One of them is produced in the form of needle and is installed along wall of outlet end of capillary leak and second one is flat and is placed opposite face end of capillary leak.
