SUBSTANCE: method involves the steps of: pouring benzol into a ground sample till formation of a mirror surface, maintaining in darkened place for 18 hours, subjecting to ultrasound at a frequency of oscillations of 18.1 kHz trice for 15 min, draining an extract and pouring benzol into the sample again, repeating extraction with benzol and the treating by ultrasound in the same way as the second time and evaporating combined extracts up to volume of 1-1.5 ml in darkened exhaust hood at a room temperature.
