FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of aspen bark by repercolation in battery of 5-6 diffusers at 18-25 C (particle size of bark is 5-10 mm) at ratio raw : extract = (1: 2.3)-(1: 3) for 8-16 h once and settling for 3 days at 6-8 C. Extraction is carried out with ethyl alcohol (40 degrees), purified extract is dried for 18 h at 32 C under vacuum and dried under vacuum at 40 C for 3-6 h, or alcoholic extract is dried by spraying method but preliminary 1/2 of solvent is distilled off under vacuum or diluted with water by 2-fold at inlet temperature 120 C and at outlet temperature 65 C for 2-3 s.
