FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes determining activity of callicreine in patient's saliva sample prior to radiotherapy and after each exposure to single focal dose of 1.2 gr of high-velocity neutrons having mean energy of 6.3 meV two times a week. If value of this parameter decreases by 2.6 to 3.3 times, maximum, as compared with initial value, high-velocity neutron radiotherapy is to replaced by photon irradiation in dosage of 2.0 gr five times a week. Total dosage should not exceed 60 to 65 gr. EFFECT: higher accuracy.
