FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: electrodes are manufactured in the form of electrodes proper and metal base. Diaphragms-holders of these electrodes as well as non-flat electrodes of focusing system are assembled in mandrel for molding with the use of mixed circuit design of basing. Distances between electrodes are set by spacers, then diaphragms-holders and non-flat electrodes are anchored on insulators. Flat electrodes are pressed against proper diaphragms-holders after matching and are welded by means of laser beam. EFFECT: facilitated assembly process. 2 dwg
