SUBSTANCE: electroacoustic transducer has a central core and two permanent axially magnetized ring magnets interposed between disk and ring flanges, like poles of the magnets facing each other; ring washer composed of an odd number of layers and interposed between them, the middle layer being made of diamagnetic material and the other layers arranged in pairs symmetrically to the middle layer being made of two different types of soft anisotropic material; non-magnetic washer which can be made U-shaped disposed at the bottom of electroacoustic transducer.
