FIELD: acoustic equipment, in particular, design of magnetic systems of electroacoustic transducers. SUBSTANCE: device has membrane holder with central and series of radial holes with cap, which center carries quasi-cone, which vertex enters into central holes along kernel axis, which is made from non-magnetic material with central hole. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced additional two ring flanges, two ring magnets and ring magnetic multilayer insertion. Two ring magnets are located in coaxial to central kernel and spaced between upper and lower ring flanges and oriented one to another by their poles, which have same name but are opposite to name of poles of external ring magnets. Ring magnetic multilayer insertion is located between them. Membrane holder is mechanically connected to non-magnetic ring insertion, external edges of cap and membrane. In addition inner edges of membrane are connected to surface of central kernel. EFFECT: increased efficiency, decreased non-linear distortions. 2 cl, 2 dwg
