FIELD: electroacoustics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates specifically to formation of acoustic emission and design of magnetic systems of electroacoustic converters. Proposed electroacoustic converter is fitted with membrane holder having central and rows of radial holes and cover. Quasi-cone which point enters central hole of membrane holder and pivot is mounted in center of cover. Two ring magnets facing one another with like poles that are opposite to external ring magnets are placed coaxially with clearance between upper and lower flanges. Ring magnetic multilayer spacer is put between them. Membrane holder is mechanically linked to nonmagnetic ring spacer, to external edges of cover and membrane. EFFECT: high efficiency of electroacoustic converter and insufficient nonlinear distortions. 1 cl, 2 dwg
