FIELD: home appliances. SUBSTANCE: working tool comprises shaft 1 carrying upper 2 and lower 3 cutters in the form of -shaped members. End portions of the lower cutter are bent up and down, respectively, along the lines arranged in cutter plane and extending from the farthest end points of working edges at angles of θ ≅ 45^° < 45 deg to median line of the cutter. Angles ϕ₁ between the plane perpendicular to shaft axis and to surfaces of end portions of the upper cutter grow gradually from 0 to 60 deg as they move along said lines towards rear edges. Teeth of the upper cutter are positioned on peripheral parts of working edges and on its ends while those of the lower cutter, throughout the length of its working edges.
