FIELD: home appliances. SUBSTANCE: working tool comprises shaft 1 carrying upper 2 and lower 3 cutters in the form of -shaped members. End portions of the lower cutter are bent upward while those of the upper one, downward along the lines in the plane of the cutter and extending from the farthest end points of working edges at an angle of θ ≅ 45^° < 45 deg to the cutter center line. Angles ϕ₁ between the plane perpendicular to shaft axis and the surfaces of end portions of the upper cutter grow gradually from 0 to 60 deg as they move along the above-mentioned lines towards rear edges. Teeth of the upper cutter are arranged on peripheral parts of its working edges and on its ends while those of the lower cutter, throughout the length of its working edges.
