FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: feedback channel is introduced into biotelemetric system, that is patient's automatic signalling of changes in the level of physiological indications and of the technical condition of the system. Control of the system's units raises its independence, extends the time of its continuous operation, and on the whole widens the functional potentialities of the biotelemetric system. The device has three parts. The first is first transceiver placed on patient's body and having physiological parameter transducers, connected with the input of programmed control commutator. The commutator controlling input is connected with the receiver outlet. The commutator outlets are connected with the transmitter inputs. The second part of the device is second transceiver with receiver, tolerance monitoring unit, processing and control unit, signalling unit, transmitter and recorder. The third part of the device is unit of data re-recording, display and processing. EFFECT: extension of biotelemetric system functional potentialities by signalling of patient's functional condition and of the technical condition of the biotelemetric system itself. 1 dwg
