FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: system includes central point (CP) for reception and processing of information and alarm installations (AI) located in services objects. There are radio extenders arranged with the possibility to exchange information with CP along standard cellular network of mobile communication and/or with the help of additional radio channel using hopping signals. CP includes central panel terminal device, central panel of centralised surveillance, modem of cellular mobile communication and transceiver of hopping signal. Besides the system includes objects points (OP) for reception and processing of information, every of which is arranged with the possibility to exchange information with radio extenders, and also with the possibility to receive and process alarm and service information from AI and transfer of commands for these AI from radio extenders, combined together with according OP into clusters. Each OP includes object panel of centralised surveillance, object panel terminal device, modem of cellular mobile communication and panel transceiver. With selected building of system each OP combines information coming from AI related to it, and sends data from the whole cluster of AI in aggregated form into CP. Probability of false alarm in this case reduces, due to possibility to analyse and control this information at the intermediate level - by OP operator.
EFFECT: reduced probability of false alarms and increased quantity of objects, which may be simultaneously services by the system.
